The AGCO subsidiary FELLA in Feucht near Nuremberg builds mowers, hay tedders and rakes for the Fella, Fendt and Massey Ferguson brands. Since 2011, we have been the development partner when it comes to the control software for the ISOBUS machines developed and produced in Feucht.
Based on our ISOBUS stacks, which enable the implementation of the ISO-11783 standard for electronic data communication in mobile machines, we developed the complete control software of the controllers for the FELLA, Fendt and Massey Ferguson agricultural machines built in Feucht. In mowers and windrowers, GPS-based control via ISOBUS Section Control was implemented in addition to operation via ISOBUS UT.
AGCO / FENDT
The multi-brand group AGCO develops self-propelled machines such as tractors, but also attachments or storage technology. With worldwide locations on all continents, AGCO is internationally present and successful. Since 2005, we have been supporting ISOBUS development at the sites in Beauvais (France), Hesston and Jackson (USA) and Marktoberdorf (Germany) for the Fendt, Massey Ferguson and Challenger brands.
Using our communication libraries, our experts support engineers at AGCO sites in the development of new ISOBUS systems and functions for tractors and implements.
For many years, we have been a permanent development partner for the ISOBUS software of HORSCH agricultural machinery. For example, we helped develop the control software for HORSCH's self-propelled and trailed crop protection technology that runs on the basis of the ISOBUS stacks, continued to maintain it over many years and finally handed it over to the HORSCH developers. In 2019, together with the company BHTronik, we developed a connectivity solution for HORSCH machines, which was presented for the first time at Agritechnica 2019 and is now available in all HORSCH model series.
Michelin / PTG
For the globally active French tire manufacturer Michelin, we developed control and operating software for ISOBUS-capable tire pressure control systems, initially for the site in Clermont-Ferrand. Currently, we are working with the Michelin subsidiary PTG on new and further developments using the ISOBUS development tools and the ISOBUS Stack and ISOAgLib SE. We support PTG intensively in the conception and realization of functional safety concepts and development concepts according to ISO 25119.
CrossControl is a global provider of HMI display and control solutions serving OEMs and system integrators with freely programmable products.
Our experts extended the previously non-ISOBUS-capable terminals with the ISOBUS functions Virtual Terminal (UT) and Task Controller (TC-BAS, TC-GEO, TC-SC) using our ISOcores. While ISOcores: vt provides basic ISOBUS services to the terminal for visualization of implement operation screens, ISOcores: tc enables processing of Section Control, Variable Rate Technology and Data Logging jobs.
The CLAAS Group is one of the market and technology leaders in harvesting technology and is one of the five largest agricultural machinery manufacturers in the world. Since 2018, we have been the ISOBUS partner for CLAAS and supply the group with ISOBUS software stacks and know-how for a wide range of ISOBUS functions in tractors, implements and operating terminals. Both the ISOBUS stacks 'ISOcores' and 'ISOAgLib SE' are used for the ISOBUS server and client applications. As part of a new CLAAS Electronik platform, ISOAgLib SE was implemented in AUTOSAR together with CLAAS E-Systems.
