For over 20 years, the OSB connagtive team has been shaping the future of ISOBUS software. In 2021, the entire ISOBUS and control software division was spun off from the former OSB AG through a management buy-out and transferred to OSB connagtive GmbH.
Today, we are recognized worldwide as the leading provider of independent ISOBUS libraries that cover all components – Display, Tractor ECU, and Implement ECU – as well as all AEF-certified functionalities. With more than 150 customers across 25 countries and 5 continents, we are proud to support agricultural machinery manufacturers in a critical technology niche.
Our teams in Munich (Germany), Sarajevo (Bosnia) and Colorado Springs (USA) consist of 25 highly qualified professionals. Together, we drive innovation and growth with a strong commitment to quality, reliability and customer success.

Management and shareholders
OSB connagtive is majority-owned by five private shareholders, four of whom are actively working in the management of the company. The remaining minority stake is held by LACOS GmbH, a strategic partner with recognized expertise in terminal software.
